Trump Developments Ltd has a variety of offices and suites available to rent under flexible terms situated on the first floor of Trump House, a purpose built block with onsite parking facilities.

Offices range in size from 225 square feet to over 8000 square feet, are monitored by internal CCTV and benefit from security access doors. Access is 24 hours.

Communal facilities at Trump House include full toilet facilities and kitchens. There is also a cafe on site serving a delicious variety of meals and snacks. Heating is electric and individually metered for each office.

All rents are inclusive of building insurance, communal cleaning and parking but exclusive of local government rates, VAT and electricity.

Our units can be tailored in size, layout, decor or internal specification to suit the needs of the incoming tenant.
